• We talked about the article assigned from What Katy Read.
• We went over lots of background information, available in slideshow in Blackboard. Look for the slideshows called What Katy Did (information about separate spheres and the "angel in the house"), space theories (two of main space theorists), and history of feminism (we talked about the first wave only to prepare for the movie Friday).

Homework:

• The paper copy of the first paper is due in class Friday (2/10/12). Submit the electronic version when you can.
